Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $75. For orders below $75, standard shipping rates apply.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Customers in the U.S. can return items within 30 days for a full refund. A $5 return shipping fee applies to orders under $75, while returns are free for orders of $75 or more.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us on hello@laliyo.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Our jewelry is designed to be non-tarnished, ensuring long-lasting shine and beauty. However, Gold plating may fade over time, depending on usage and care. Please follow Care Instructions to ensure the longevity of your jewelry.
To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend storing it in the provided cloth pouch when not in use and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive moisture. Learn more about care instructions.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay is also supported, along with buy now, pay later options through PayPal, Shop Pay, and Affirm. We're working on adding even more flexible payment methods soon.

Currently, we do not offer custom or personalized jewelry. However, we are always looking to expand our offerings, so stay tuned for future updates!
While we do not offer custom sizing at this time, our jewelry comes in standard sizes that fit most customers.
