Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates for the US
- Standard Shipping: $5 - Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: $8 - Estimated delivery time: 4-6 business days
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 within the US. Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
- Laliyo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

At this time, we do not sell or ship products to customers in California. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are working on to serve California residents soon.
International Shipping Policy
- We currently do not ship outside the US. We are expanding our network and will soon start shipping to other countries as well.
